Some People Call Me The "Sleep Guru," But I Want To Show You How To Be Your Own Sleep Guru.

My sleep(less) journey began when I went 4.5 days without sleep during an army bootcamp. It cracked my ego and was a spiritual awakening. Unfortunately, my military experience left me with Post-Traumatic Stress, Sleep Bruxism (teeth grinding), bouts of Insomnia, and eventually, obstructive sleep apnea.

Then, I straddled two worlds working as a Professional Engineer in the corporate world, and attending retreats with spiritual teachers like Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, and Ramesh Balsekar (in India).  I was able to resolve and integrate the trauma waking me up at night. 

Finally, I was free to rest in deep, restorative sleep. 

In 2008, I left the corporate world and became a Registered Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher. After class, some of my students told me that they were getting "the best sleep of their lives." A light bulb went off: I can help others with the same Body, Mind, Spirit approach I had used to overcome my own sleep problems.

Since then, I’ve taught over 25,000 people how to de-stress and sleep better using yoga, breathing, and meditation tools and techniques. Recently, I've added Yoga Nidra / NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to enhance my toolkit. 

I bring the science & spirituality of sleep together to help you finally understand the root cause of your sleep problems. I also provide the practical tools & techniques to get the deep restorative sleep you crave.
